Beach Flingo – What You Can Do With 2 Bibs and a Ball!

Beach Flingo is a game where you pass a small ball between yourself and a partner using a bib that is made of trampoline type fabric. It is like upper-body keepy uppy’s and is very addictive! It is a prop that most people will never have heard of, but it is the most favourite item I use when I run my Circus Skills Workshops, so go on, give it a try!

So What is Beach Flingo?

The unique fun sport with the unique bounce effect (works like a trampoline)! Easy to learn, perfect for travelling, pocket-sized (and for anywhere, not just the beach!) This is a very addictive game. It comes packaged in a tube with instructions, 2 trampoline cloths and a ball.

Tricks for One Person

Bounce: Volley the ball up in the air and bounce off bib. Repeat!
Off the Wall: Volley the ball off the wall. Practice low & high throws.
Pirouette: Volley the ball high, pirouette, then bounce the ball again.

Tricks for 2 People

Firstly, just practice passing to each other, and experimenting with high and low volleys, then try the following:

Keep it going! How many passes can you achieve?
Pass off the wall: Volley off the wall to your partner. When I teach beach flingo at Conventions, I am usually able to teach in a Squash court which is ideal!
Bounce pass: If you are on a wooden floor, then you may be able to bounce the ball between you (you may need to do a high volley so that the bounce comes up to a decent height off the floor).
Pirouettes: Volley the ball to your dingdong bola partner, then quickly pirouette before he/she returns the volley.
Back to Back: Stand back to back and try passing the ball over your heads back and forth!
Juggling: Try standing side by side and passing one ball. Now try passing two balls! How difficult is that! With enough time spent on this, you might even manage to juggle 3 balls…

Recoveries

You are always likely to drop the ball or not quite reach a pass from your partner, so here’s some ideas!:

Bounce: If the ball bounces near you, you could press your foot down quickly on the ball to make it bounce high, and then volley a shot to your partner.
Dive: If you have a soft surface beneath you, then you could dive to the ground to make that extra volley happen!
Overhead: You may receive a pass that is going over your head, so you need to turn round, and volley it back over your head using the bib! Do not run backwards as you may slip on something and hurt yourself. Best to see where you are going!
Sideways: If the throw is going out to one side, then hold the bib out to that side and volley the shot back towards your partner
Keepy-Uppies: If the ball is coming in too low, you could kick it up, then volley it back to your partner. If it is coming towards your head, you could bounce off your head, down towards the bib. It is up to yourself if you allow your feet and other body parts to count when you are counting how many passes before the ball hits the ground!

Lost your Ball?
You may end up losing the small ball if you play this game a lot! The game works just as well with beanbags and juggling balls (and some people prefer using beanbags which don’t roll too far when you miss a shot!)

Cooperation – Not Competition! Four Steps to Creating a Blog Site to Sell Your Own Stuff

Most of us who have joined a home business will sooner or later try to find a way to market their own stuff by creating a blog site. While, no doubt, the world is a competitive place, my mission is to try to bring people together to become more cooperative.

I am not at all an advocate of competition postonmagazine.com. In fact, studies conducted in the 1960’s with primates revealed that a common goal is more effectively achieved with cooperation rather than competition.

Having said that, I’d like to introduce a new way of marketing – through the internet.
Why create a blog site for online marketing?

Starting your own business online by creating a blog site is almost mandatory these days to keep up with the competition. (Please excuse the irony, LOL). I know, I don’t like competition either. But you can’t deny it’s out there.

The fact is, while the 3-foot rule may have been effective a few decades ago, these days people tend to have that “BS filter” where they just shut off and don’t listen to you because they realize they’re being pitched.

Yet that same guy you were talking to earlier today is likely to go home that same day and Google the same product and become enticed into buying on the spot – simply because now he knows that HE was the one looking – HE was the one searching for this product – so therefore he’s already psychologically pumped up to buy!

When you have your own blog, you can simply highlight any portion of the content on your blog and lead to a capture page. That’s the page that you want your prospective buyer (your lead) to land on where they will need to enter in their email address. And why would they do that? Because, if you’ve created your blog content correctly, you’ve established an emotional connection with this person- and, of course, you’ll be promising something on that capture page.

And that leads to the third component of creating your own blog site to sell your stuff online…

Once people enter in their email address, they’re automatically led to a sales video. (This is also called the “landing page”.) You can create this yourself unless the company you’re affiliated with provides sales videos. The video should be both entertaining and informative, making sure that the promise pasted all over the capture page is fulfilled.

And the last but not least portion of the online marketing system is your auto-responding system…

I say “not least” because the average person needs to be approached seven times before making that final decision to buy. Since most of us are not likely to be calling our leads up to seven times each, it’s the email auto-responder will do the work for you.

The good news is that the auto response system will also have the capability of creating your capture page for you. Just use the chat line that operates around the clock to get your questions answered as you go along.

These four elements, the blog, the capture page, the landing page, and your auto-responder, when played right, can create your online marketing system on autopilot.

Not everyone is a natural writer. Perhaps the gift of prose is not in your basket of talents; or you simply don’t have the time or the patience to keep up with a blog for your business. But these days, if you want to build a successful brand, creating valuable content has to be an important part of your marketing strategy.

If you ask many business owners, they feel the same way that you do: blogging is a necessary evil. Content marketing has proven to be a valuable part of any business’ marketing plan for many years and it will continue to be because today’s consumers are taking in a high volume of content online. That includes blog posts.

So, knowing that you need to maintain a well-written blog for your business, but still hating the whole blogging process, what do you do?

Keeping Online Casinos Honest

Is gambling at online casinos safe? This question has been asked since the first online casino games were introduced onto the internet. Concern about the ethics of online gambling sites was first raised in the late 1990’s when several dishonest gambling sites created havoc in the industry. However, in recent years, organizations designed to regulate online casino operators have changed the face of internet gambling by providing guidelines for fair and impartial gaming.

The law behind online casino - iPleaders

While you will always find the odd internet gambling site that is less scrupulous than others, most internet casino operators offer safe and honest online gambling at licensed sites Judi Deposit Pulsa Tanpa Potongan. Many of these are regularly monitored by a gaming regulatory body or a watchdog organization such as eCOGRA, which has revolutionized the industry for players.

Internet gaming fans can minimize their chances of falling victim to suspect gaming sites by limiting their gambling to eCOGRA member sites. Although online casinos are not obliged to become members, many believe it to be in their best interests to do so.

A casino online that is a member of a watchdog organization will usually display a seal or logo on its site in an attempt to increase a player’s sense of security. Players know that their site is committed to upholding the values advocated by groups such as eCOGRA and is serious about fair and professional gaming.

Thanks to the efforts of watchdog organizations, the casino online industry has been cleaned up. It is fair to say that secrets in the online gambling world do not usually remain secret for long and if a casino is suspected of cheating its customers, the majority of its customers will simply move on to another online casino. Gambling game forums provide a useful means of communication for many casino players. You can find out which casinos fail to pay out in a timely manner, which offer substandard online casino software and which offer less than adequate customer service simply by reading the latest postings at one of these sites.

Fortunately, the practice of cheating players has all but diminished since gambling online became more accessible and mainstream. However, it is still important to choose your casino wisely. Fairness and honesty are criteria you should always base your selection on. Researching the sites you frequent will help you to make informed choices and will ensure you and other casino players receive maximum protection. It will also help to keep the spotlight firmly on casino firms, which raises the professional image of the industry.

Word of mouth is the best way to find the best casinos. Check at online casino forums to find out which sites are the most popular and highly recommended. Speak to friends and colleagues about their favorite sites and follow up recommendations that you will find in online gaming magazines. Remember to check the licensing information of your site along with its eCOGRA membership. Your online gambling experiences should be fun and stress-free, giving you more reasons to focus on winning cash playing all your favorite games.
